Arcade32 – Terms of Service

Some Services generate downloadable digital outputs, while others are interactive and do not produce downloadable files.

All Services are provided for educational, workflow assistance, and entertainment purposes only and do not replace professional judgment.

3. Coin-Based Credit System (No Refunds)

Arcade32 operates on a virtual credit system ("Coins") used to access certain platform features.

Coins may be used for:

• Downloading processed digital outputs
• Unlocking or playing games
• Accessing premium or enhanced features within apps or games

Important terms regarding Coins:

• Coins are virtual credits and have no cash value
• Coins are not currency, legal tender, an investment, or stored value
• Coins are not a game of chance, lottery, or gambling mechanism
• Coins are usable only within the Arcade32 platform
• Coins do not expire, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
• All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable
• Lost, unused, or unredeemed Coins are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
• Arcade32 may modify Coin pricing, packages, or usage requirements at any time with notice

4. Games and Skill-Based Content

Games available on Arcade32 may involve elements of skill, knowledge, timing, or interaction.

• No games offer monetary rewards, cash prizes, or items of real-world value
• Any scores, rankings, achievements, or progression are for entertainment purposes only
• Arcade32 does not guarantee performance, outcomes, or results in any game

5. User Accounts and Security

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account

Arcade32 does not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs
• Game availability or uninterrupted access
• Compatibility with third-party software or systems

All AI-generated outputs and application results must be reviewed and verified by qualified dental professionals before clinical or manufacturing use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcade32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, applications, or games.

Arcade32's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Arcade32 in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

Arcade32 may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.
